FENIX Museum Rotterdam
Photography in collaboration with chef Maksut Aşkar. I had to capture the unique design and atmosphere of the space, focusing on oak wood textures and distinctive patterns that define the interior.
The restaurant is led by renowned Turkish chef Maksut Aşkar, founder of Neolokal in Istanbul, a Michelin-starred restaurant praised for its innovative approach to Turkish culinary heritage. With O, Aşkar brings his philosophy to Rotterdam, offering an immersive experience that connects food, culture and design.
The restaurant is located within the newly opened FENIX Museum, a major cultural institution dedicated to stories of migration and movement. Collaborating with a team of architects, designers, curators and culinary visionaries made this a unique project that perfectly merged storytelling, culture and design for me.
